Supreme Court: Unfortunate That Owner Had to Litigate For Over Four Decades to Get Back Possession - (17 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court, while ordering a tenant to vacate premises immediately, has said it is “unfortunate” that the landlord had been litigating for more than four decades to get back possession of his own premises.
