Madhya Pradesh High Court: 'Young Age' No Ground For Grant of Anticipatory Bail in Gang Rape Case - (17 Apr 2017)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has dismissed anticipatory bail application of an accused in a gang rape case with observation that “young age of applicant is not a ground for grant of anticipatory bail”.
