Delhi HC: Why Should Speaker of Legislative Assembly Fight For Secretary - (13 Apr 2017)

Delhi High Court has asked Speaker Ram Niwas Goel whether Legislative Assembly would collapse in absence of the its present Secretary PK Suryadevara, who has been sent back to All India Radio (AIR).
