Bombay HC Says 'No' to Environmental Massacre in Garb of Development - (13 Apr 2017)

Bombay High Court, while observing that environment cannot be massacred in name of development, has asked Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRCL) to prove it did not damage a children’s park while executing its Colaba-Bandra-Seepz Metro project.
