Madras High Court Orders Status Quo on Service Conditions of Migrant Bank Employees - (13 Apr 2017)

Madras High Court has ordered status quo on service conditions linked to terminal benefits, pension and seniority of migrant employees of five banks which was merged with State Bank of India recently.
