Supreme Court: Waiver of Interest Can Be Treated As Income Accruing to Assessee - (13 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court has held that to ascertain actual accumulated loses to be set off in hands of assesssee, first adjust income that is accruing to it on account of waiver of interest by financial institutions.
