SC Rejects Plea Seeking Prosecution Against Officials Responsible for Accidents By Bad Roads, Bridges - (13 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court has dismissed petition filed against Punjab and Haryana High Court’s judgment refusing to prosecute officials responsible for accidents caused by badly constructed/maintained roads and bridges.
