Bail Granted in BMW Hit-and-Run Case by Supreme Court - (04 Aug 2015)

Supreme Court has granted bail to Vismay Shah, who was recently awarded a five-year jail term by an Ahmedabad Court for running over two persons with his BMW car. The Court took note of the fact that Vismay was young and had already spent more than 13 months in jail.
