Supreme Court: Death Due to 'Grave & Sudden Provocation' Doesn't Amount to 'Cruel Act of Murder' - (12 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court, while reducing life term of a man to 10-year-jail term in a homicidal case, has said that death due to "grave and sudden provocation" could not be termed as a "cruel act" of murder.
