Supreme Court Sets Aside Aptel Ruling Allowing Compensatory Tariff to Tata Power, Adani Power - (11 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court has set aside Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (Aptel) ruling that allowed Tata Power Ltd and Adani Power Ltd to charge compensatory tariff from consumers.
