Madras High Court Says 'No' to Levy of Additional Fees Under Central Motor Vehicle Rules - (10 Apr 2017)

Madras High Court has struck down a notification issued by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, which called for imposition of additional fee in nature of a fine or penalty over and above prescribed fee.
