Quoting Aadhaar Mandatory For PAN Applications & IT Returns From 1st July, 2017 - (06 Apr 2017)

Quoting of Aadhaar for filing of income tax return and for making an application for allotment of Permanent Account Number (PAN) will be mandatory from 1st July, 2017.
