SC Allows Doctor to Appear for PGM-CET Exams Without Serving Mandatory Rural Service - (06 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court has granted temporary relief to a MBBS doctor by allowing him to participate in the medical counseling process of PGM-CET exams without insisting on the rural service bond.
