NGT Fines Union Environment Ministry & DGCA Over Delay in Reply - (06 Apr 2017)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has imposed costs of Rs. 5,000 each on Union Environment Ministry and Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for delay in filing its reply to a plea by a retired Army officer.
