Allahabad HC: Food and Food Habits Part of Right To Life - (05 Apr 2017)

Allahabad High Court while hearing a petition filed by retail meat shop owner to renew his licence has held that food, food habits and vending thereof is connected with the right to life and livelihood guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. .
