Apple Wins Patent War Against Samsung in US Appeals Court - (18 Sep 2015)

US Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit in Washington, DC has ruled that lower court abused its discretion when it denied Apple injunction against Samsung for infringing three of Apple's patents(slide-to-unlock, auto-correct and quick links features)and allowed Apple scores another patent victory.
