Uttarakhand HC to UEPPCB: Shut Units Polluting Ganga - (31 Mar 2017)

Uttarakhand HC has ordered Uttarakhand Environment Protection & Pollution Control Board (UEPPCB) to "close down all hotels, ashrams and industries which are polluting the Ganga by strictly enforcing the court's orders passed earlier in this regard."
