Gujarat High Court Rejects Plea of NK Proteins Challenging Maha Govt. Order to Attach Property - (30 Mar 2017)

Gujarat High Court has dismissed a set of petitions filed by edible oil company NK Proteins against Maharashtra Government’s order to attach its properties in National Spot Exchange Limited case.
