Delhi HC Invokes Revisional Jurisdiction in 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots Cases, Notices Acquitted Accused - (30 Mar 2017)

Delhi High Court has issued show cause notices in five 1984 anti-Sikh riots cases in which all accused were acquitted in 1986, invoking revisional Jurisdiction.
