Supreme Court Says No to 'Rule of Public Policy' For Avoiding Loan Liability - (29 Mar 2017)

Supreme Court has held that rule of ‘public policy’ cannot be invoked to facilitate a loanee to avoid legal obligation for repayment of a loan.
