Delhi High Court Refuses to Intervene in Aircel-Maxis Case - (29 Mar 2017)

Delhi High Court has refused to direct CBI to move Trial Court for “attachment and forfeiture of shares and all the assets of Aircel Ltd”, as held by Maxis and its subsidiaries during pendency of proceedings in Aircel-Maxis case.
