Supreme Court Rejects Govt's Right to Reject Collegium Recommendations, Seeks Reply in Writing - (27 Mar 2017)

Supreme Court collegium has refused to accept proposal of Executive's right to reject its recommendation for appointment of a Judge on ground of national security as Government refused to give reasons for rejection in writing.
