CCI Imposes Rs 591.1 Crore Fine on CIL, Subsidiaries For Unfair Trade Practices - (27 Mar 2017)

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has imposed a penalty of Rs. 591.1 crore on CIL (Coal India Ltd) and its subsidiaries for indulging in unfair/ discriminatory conduct in matter of supply of non-coking coal.
