Bombay High Court Annuls State’s Draft policy to Regularise constructions - (27 Mar 2017)

Bombay High Court struck down Maharashtra Government’s draft policy to regularise unauthorised constructions built before December 31, 2015, in Digha, Navi Mumbai.
