MP High Court Says ‘No’ to Alteration in Date of Birth Post Retirement - (27 Mar 2017)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that a person after retirement from service cannot be permitted to turn around and claim a different date of retirement considering change in date of birth in service record.
