Delhi High Court Says ‘No’ to School Fees Hike For Installing Air Conditioners - (23 Mar 2017)

Delhi High Court, while setting aside 15% hike in fee levied by two schools, has ruled that schools cannot hike tuition fees for payment of electricity charges on ground of installation of air conditioners.
