SC: It's Essential to Prove that Govt. Official had Demanded Money in a Bribery Case - (17 Sep 2015)

SC has acquitted an assistant director of Andhra Technical Education Department, caught redhanded taking Rs 500 in cash in 1996 and has ruled that Govt. official can't be convicted under corruption charges only on basis of bribe money found on him; it's essential to prove that he had demanded money.
