Supreme Court: ‘Performance in Court’ and Not ‘Political Links’ to Determine Govt. Lawyers - (23 Mar 2017)

Supreme Court, while dismissing Bihar Government's plea for a free hand in making appointment of Government lawyers, has said that advocate's performance in courts, and not his political connection, would count for her/his appointment as government lawyer.
