Karnataka High Court Sets Aside Home Ministry Move to Refer Rudresh’s Murder Case to NIA - (22 Mar 2017)

Karnataka High Court has set aside decision of Ministry of Home Affairs to refer to National Investigation Agency (NIA) investigation into Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh worker Rudresh’s murder case.
