CCI Dismisses Complaint against Hindustan Sanitaryware - (17 Sep 2015)

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has dismissed allegations of unfair business practices made in complaint filed by Shubham Sanitarywares against Hindustan Sanitaryware and Industries Ltd (HSIL) with regard to a dealership in Madhya Pradesh.
