LCI 265th Report: No Tax Relief on Interest on Money Deposited for Maintenance of Minor Child - (21 Mar 2017)

Law Commission of India in its 265th report has recommended to Government that interest earned on money deposited by a parent for maintenance of a minor should not be tax-exempt.
