Calcutta High Court Stays Criminal Proceeding Against Union Minister Babulal Supriyo - (21 Mar 2017)

Calcutta High Court has stayed proceedings and non-bailable arrest warrant a City Court had issued against Union minister from Bengal Babul Supriyo for six weeks.
