Patna High Court: ‘Unsubstantiated Scandalous Allegation By Wife is Cruelty’ - (20 Mar 2017)

Patna High Court, while granting divorce to a husband, has observed that unsubstantiated scandalous allegation by a wife against husband amounts to cruelty against him.
