Madras High Court: Parents Cannot Have Absolute Decision Autonomy to Their Children - (20 Mar 2017)

Madras High Court has upheld decisions of Courts which supported view that parental authority, barring a few exceptions, would “out of bounds for a writ court, because it is exercised for ultimate benefit of ward.”
