Bombay HC to State: Appoint Senior-most Teachers as HOD, OSD in SSH - (17 Mar 2017)

Bombay High Court has sternly directed Maharashtra government to appoint senior most professors as Head of Department (HOD) or Officers on Special Duty (OSD) in all departments of Super Speciality Hospital (SSH).
