Delhi HC Dismisses Plea Challenging Change in M Phil and PhD Admission Norms at JNU - (16 Mar 2017)

Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea against procedure followed by JNU to implement a UGC notification that a professor cannot guide more than three M.Phil and eight Ph.D research scholars at any given time.
