Patna High Court: Gazette Notification Not Sine Qua Non For Setting Up EOPS - (16 Mar 2017)

Patna High Court has held that there is no requirement in law that an ‘Economic Offence Police Station’ (EOPS) can only be created by a Gazette Notification.
