Bombay High Court Enhances Motor Accident Compensation Amount After 21 Years - (16 Mar 2017)

Bombay High Court has increased amount of compensation awarded by Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal (MACT) 21 years ago against State Government and others by over five times.
