Bombay High Court Seeks BMC’s Report on Land For Muslim Cemeteries - (15 Mar 2017)

Bombay High Court has asked Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to place on record its policy with regard to allotting land for a Muslim cemetery in each ward, and whether it is done based on population of community in ward.
