Allahabad High Court: ‘Acquittal Obtained by Fraud is No Acquittal’ - (15 Mar 2017)

Allahabad High Court has held that when an acquittal was obtained by playing fraud upon Court, it is no acquittal in eyes of law, and in such a case bar of Section 362 CrPC would not come into play.
