Delhi High Court Says No Case Made Out Against CBI, IO in Graft Matter Against Kejriwal - (10 Mar 2017)

Delhi High Court has said that no contempt proceedings were made out against CBI officials, including Investigating Officer, in a graft case against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s principal secretary Rajendra Kumar and others.
