Bombay High Court: Regularizing Illegal Homes Will Lead to Uncountable Litigations - (08 Mar 2017)

Bombay High Court has said that Maharashtra Government’s proposed regularisation policy for unauthorised constructions across State would create many “loopholes” in system and lead to “increased litigation.”
