Madras HC: Exemption From Opting Tamil Language in Board Exams Only To Those Who Have Applied - (08 Mar 2017)

Madras High Court has clarified that its interim order dated February 27, granting exemption to students of linguistic minority schools from taking compulsory Tamil language paper in Class X board examinations for current academic year, will apply only to the students who have sought such exemption.
