Supreme Court Allows Representation Before Govt For Parenthood to Singles via Surrogacy - (08 Mar 2017)

Supreme Court has allowed a representation to be made before Parliamentary Committee to consider including a “specific provision” in Surrogacy Bill so as to facilitate single persons also to embrace parenthood through surrogacy.
