Karnataka HC Turns Down Plea For SIT Probe into Diary Row Disclosing Pay-off to Central Leaders - (07 Mar 2017)

Karnataka High Court has rejected a PIL which sought setting up of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe allegations and counter allegations by Congress and BJP on pay-offs made to parties’ Central leadership.
