Delhi High Court Refrains From Vacating Order Against Ban on Tobacco Products - (04 Aug 2015)

Delhi High Court has refrained itself from vacating an order by which the Aam Aadmi Party Government was restrained from taking coercive measures against the sale of chewable tobacco in the National Capital.
