Supreme Court: Frivolous Filings Delays Administration of Justice - (07 Mar 2017)

Supreme Court, while sending across a strong message to litigants who file frivolous and groundless petitions in courts, has imposed Rs. 5-lakh cost on petitioners for ‘abusing process of law’.
