Kerala High Court Asks Centre to Grant Provisional Nod for MBBS Course - (16 Sep 2015)

Kerala HC on appeals filed by three Medical Colleges, has directed Central Government to grant provisional permission to the three self-financing medical colleges to conduct MBBS course for academic year 2015-16 but permission to conduct course will be subject to further order to be passed by it.
