Supreme Court Refuses Relief to Absconding Rape Accused UP Minister Gayatri Prajapati - (06 Mar 2017)

Supreme Court,after refusing to grant relief to UP Transport Minister and Samajwadi Party leader Gayatri Prasad Prajapati in a rape case, has termed it as “unfortunate” that its earlier order directing State Police to lodge FIR against him was being given “political colour”.
