Gujarat High Court: Ban on Mobile Internet during Patel Agitation was Just and Proper - (16 Sep 2015)

Gujarat High Court has dismissed Public Interest Litigation seeking declaration of mobile internet ban violation of fundamental right and upheld State Govt’s decision that banning internet services during Patel agitation for reservation was “just and proper”.
